The phone number for CRWF’s Tampa clinical research facility is 813-870-1292. The facility is located at 605 N. Howard Ave., Tampa, FL 33606. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
All three CRWF facilities, the Clearwater main facility, the Clearwater Phase One unit, and the Tampa facility, are open Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. All locations are closed on Saturdays and Sundays for routine office hours. The Phase One unit has inpatient beds for overnight monitoring when a study protocol requires it.

The study team will review your medical history, confirm eligibility, and schedule a screening visit at the appropriate facility.
